Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive oncology market research studies, integrating quantitative and qualitative data to uncover market dynamics and therapeutic trends.
- Lead cross-functional analytics projects, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights using advanced statistical techniques and data visualization tools.
- Develop and maintain formulary data models, ensuring accuracy and relevance for pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies.
- Collaborate with clinical, commercial, and regulatory teams to translate research findings into strategic recommendations and business plans.
- Mentor and manage a team of analysts, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in oncology market research, analytics, or related fields.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of formulary processes, pricing, and reimbursement landscapes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights to senior stakeholders.
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or MS) in a quantitative discipline preferred.
