ML Engineer
Lead a high‑performing team to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine‑learning solutions for insurance claim automation, leveraging Python, AWS, Spark, and deep‑learning frameworks.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the machine‑learning strategy that drives automation and predictive analytics across the insurance claims lifecycle.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts.
- Architect, build, and productionize scalable ML pipelines on AWS using Spark, SageMaker, and containerized services.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain experts to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing and deploying machine‑learning models in production, preferably in the insurance or related financial services domain.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit‑learn.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and big‑data processing tools (Spark, EMR, S3).
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and delivering end‑to‑end ML solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
