About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for IT solutions that support global value and patient access initiatives.
- Partner with commercial, medical, and regulatory teams to translate business needs into scalable, data‑driven product features.
- Lead cross‑functional squads, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and quality standards.
- Analyze market, payer, and patient access data to inform product enhancements and strategic decisions.
- Maintain compliance with global regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare, life sciences, or related IT environments.
- Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging healthcare analytics and access data.
- Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in global pharmaceutical markets.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a track record of delivering results in fast‑paced, matrixed organizations.
