About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of global IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance for business and manufacturing workloads.
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud and on‑premise solutions, including virtualization, storage, and networking components.
- Lead security initiatives, enforce compliance, and manage risk across the infrastructure portfolio.
- Drive automation and process improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align infrastructure strategy with business objectives and product roadmaps.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record in large‑scale, global environments.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), networking, virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V), and data center operations.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and incident response.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell) and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines is a plus.
