About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the organization’s IT governance framework, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory standards.
- Lead risk assessment and mitigation activities across IT projects, including cloud, security, and data management initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define technology roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives that deliver business value and operational efficiency.
- Oversee compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, SOX) and internal audit requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement of ITIL processes, service delivery, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT governance, risk, and compliance roles, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, and risk management frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams and managing large‑scale technology initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced certifications (CISM, CISSP, PMP) preferred.
