Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive IT audit plans covering blockchain infrastructure, cloud services, and on‑premise systems.
- Lead a team of auditors, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and professional development.
- Assess and improve risk controls, governance frameworks, and compliance with industry regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR, crypto‑specific standards).
- Collaborate with technology, security, and product teams to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
- Prepare detailed audit reports for senior leadership, highlighting findings, risks, and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of audit experience, with 5+ years in IT audit and at least 2 years managing audit teams.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and crypto‑asset security.
- Proficiency in audit tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA) and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certified in CISA, CIA, or equivalent audit certifications preferred.
