Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise‑wide intelligent automation solutions, leveraging RPA, AI/ML, and cloud orchestration to streamline banking operations and drive digital transformation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the automation strategy across the credit union, aligning RPA, AI/ML, and cloud orchestration with business objectives.
- Architect, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end automated workflows using UiPath, Python scripts, and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Camunda.
- Partner with business units to identify high‑impact processes, build business cases, and prioritize automation initiatives.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, analysts, and vendors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Establish governance, monitoring, and performance metrics to ensure reliability, security, and compliance of automated solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering large‑scale RPA programs, with hands‑on expertise in UiPath or comparable platforms.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience integrating AI/ML models into automated workflows.
- Proven experience designing and managing cloud‑based orchestration solutions (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Camunda).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Background in financial services or a regulated industry is preferred, with a focus on process optimization and compliance.
