Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics leading research, strategy, and evaluation for national public service campaigns, driving data‑driven decisions and impact measurement for the Mental Health Initiative.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute rigorous research studies to assess campaign reach, engagement, and behavioral impact across diverse audiences.
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools to track key performance indicators in real time.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and partner teams to translate insights into actionable strategy and creative optimization.
- Lead program evaluation efforts, including pre‑post surveys, focus groups, and longitudinal studies to measure long‑term outcomes.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, external partners, and stakeholders, ensuring data‑driven storytelling.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in research, analytics, or evaluation within a nonprofit, media, or public health context.
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, with a track record of publishing actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex data into clear, persuasive narratives.
- Experience managing cross‑functional teams and coordinating large‑scale evaluation projects.
