About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the firm’s innovation and legal technology strategy in partnership with senior leadership.
- Lead end‑to‑end legal tech projects, from discovery and planning through implementation and post‑launch optimization.
- Collaborate with lawyers, business units, and external vendors to identify opportunities for automation, AI, and digital workflow improvements.
- Manage change initiatives, including training, communication, and adoption programs to ensure seamless integration of new tools.
- Monitor performance metrics, assess ROI, and continuously refine solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering legal technology or innovation projects within a professional services environment.
- Proven track record in project and change management, with strong stakeholder‑management skills.
- Deep understanding of legal tech platforms, AI/ML applications, and cloud‑based solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
- Relevant degree (e.g., Law, Business, Computer Science) or equivalent professional experience.
