Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for digital health initiatives that improve patient engagement and care coordination.
- Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from discovery and user research to launch and iterative enhancement, using Agile frameworks.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and clinical teams to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable cloud‑based solutions.
- Analyze usage data, market trends, and stakeholder feedback to prioritize features and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate product strategy and performance to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in healthcare or related technology sectors.
- Proven track record of launching successful digital health products at scale.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy regulations, and cloud security best practices.
