About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute GTM engineering strategy that aligns product roadmaps with market needs and revenue goals.
- Lead a high‑performing engineering team, fostering a culture of rapid iteration, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and customer success to translate market insights into technical requirements and launch plans.
- Own data analytics pipelines on AWS, ensuring actionable insights for product and business decisions.
- Drive cross‑regional coordination, ensuring consistent delivery of features and services across global markets.
- Champion Agile practices, optimizing sprint cadence, backlog grooming, and release management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in GTM or product engineering.
- Proven track record of launching data‑driven products at scale, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, Redshift, etc.) and modern cloud architecture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading distributed teams.
