About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the GTM engineering roadmap, aligning engineering, product, and sales teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.
- Architect scalable cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) that support AI and data‑analytics workloads, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
- Lead a high‑performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, mentorship, and agile delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate market needs into technical specifications and prioritize features for maximum business value.
- Drive cross‑functional communication with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure seamless product launches and adoption.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in GTM or product engineering.
- Proven track record building and scaling cloud‑native, AI‑enabled products.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and delivering on tight timelines.
