About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with C‑suite and operations executives to define strategy, scope and business case for new manufacturing facilities.
- Lead end‑to‑end greenfield plant design, incorporating digital manufacturing, IoT, SAP and PLM solutions.
- Drive cross‑functional delivery teams, ensuring alignment on engineering, supply chain, and sustainability objectives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and risk mitigation to achieve on‑time, on‑budget plant ramp‑up.
- Champion Lean Six Sigma and continuous‑improvement practices throughout the transformation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing transformation, with a focus on greenfield plant projects.
- Proven expertise in digital manufacturing technologies, IoT, SAP/ERP and PLM integration.
- Strong background in Lean Six Sigma, process optimization and sustainability initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Advanced project management capabilities, including budget and schedule control.
