Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in high‑voltage system design and architecture within the automotive or e‑mobility sector.
- Deep expertise in power electronics, battery systems, and safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 62196).
- Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex technical projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field preferred.
