Lead a global payroll and equity operations team to design, automate, and scale compensation systems using Workday, ADP, and Gusto, while driving data‑centric process improvements and cross‑functional collaboration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement an end‑to‑end, automated payroll and equity administration platform across all regions, consolidating multiple vendors into a single, scalable solution.
- Partner with People Operations, Finance, and Engineering to define data models, integration flows, and reporting standards using SQL and Python.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of analysts and engineers, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development.
- Establish governance, compliance, and audit frameworks for payroll, tax, and equity transactions in line with global regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging process automation and SaaS best practices to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing global payroll or compensation systems, with deep knowledge of Workday, ADP, Gusto, or similar platforms.
- Strong technical background in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and automation.
- Proven track record of leading high‑performing teams and delivering large‑scale system integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leadership and cross‑functional partners.
- Experience with compliance, tax, and equity administration across multiple jurisdictions.
