Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute indirect sourcing strategies for a global portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and cost targets.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in supplier selection, negotiation, and performance management, leveraging SAP and advanced analytics.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to streamline procurement processes and enhance value delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, finance, and compliance to integrate product lifecycle requirements into sourcing decisions.
- Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership on spend, savings, and market trends.
Requirements
- 10+ years of procurement experience with a focus on indirect spend and engineering integration.
- Proven track record of delivering multi‑million dollar savings through strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SAP, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and global supply chain best practices.
