Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading large‑scale digital learning or talent development programs, preferably in consulting or technology‑focused environments.
- Proven expertise with digital learning platforms, LMS administration, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable learning improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage agile projects and drive change across global, multicultural teams.
