About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team of solutions architects to design, build, and deploy GenAI and ML solutions on AWS for enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to translate customer requirements into scalable, secure, and cost‑effective cloud architectures.
- Drive technical excellence by establishing best practices, governance, and performance metrics for GenAI/ML workloads.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, presenting complex concepts in clear, actionable terms and ensuring successful adoption.
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and AWS services, integrating them into solution roadmaps and customer offerings.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with a focus on AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
- Deep expertise in AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, Glue, Athena) and Python for data science.
- Proven track record of leading large, complex projects and managing high‑performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical solutions into customer value.
