About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a portfolio of full‑stack engineering teams delivering end‑to‑end customer‑facing applications.
- Architect, design, and implement cloud‑native microservices using Java, Node.js and AWS services.
- Drive adoption of modern front‑end frameworks such as React to create responsive, high‑performance user experiences.
- Collaborate with product, data, and security stakeholders to translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions.
- Champion Agile best practices, continuous delivery, and DevOps pipelines to accelerate release cycles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience, with deep expertise in Java and JavaScript ecosystems.
- Proven track record leading engineering teams in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and microservice architecture.
- Experience delivering production‑grade applications using React and Node.js.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and Agile leadership skills.
