Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive external data acquisition strategy, identifying high‑value data sources and negotiating vendor relationships.
- Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Collaborate with data science, analytics, and product teams to deliver actionable insights and support business decision‑making.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of data engineers and analysts, setting priorities, managing workloads, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data management or analytics within a large enterprise, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
- Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of influencing senior leadership.
- Experience leading and scaling high‑performing data teams.
