About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary mobile engineering team, setting technical direction and ensuring high‑quality code delivery.
- Architect and develop robust iOS, Android, and React Native applications that integrate with cloud services and real‑time EEG data streams.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and backend teams to translate clinical requirements into scalable mobile solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance monitoring to maintain rapid release cycles and reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and best practices across the mobile stack.
Requirements
- 10+ years of mobile development experience with proven leadership in engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in Swift, Kotlin, and React Native, plus experience with cloud‑native architectures (AWS, serverless).
- Strong background in CI/CD, automated testing, and mobile performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering complex products in regulated healthcare environments.
