About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the platform engineering roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
- Lead the developer experience strategy, improving tooling, onboarding, and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
- Champion AI initiatives, integrating machine learning and generative AI into the development lifecycle to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Drive cloud automation, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD pipeline modernization to reduce deployment times and increase reliability.
- Collaborate with security, operations, and product teams to embed best practices and compliance into the platform.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering leadership with a focus on platform, tooling, or developer experience.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML tooling and generative AI frameworks.
- Strong communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in engineering productivity and quality.
