Lead a high‑performing DevOps team to design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure, automate release pipelines, and ensure reliable delivery of data‑centric services for healthcare analytics.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional DevOps team, driving best practices in infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and release management.
- Architect and maintain highly available, secure cloud environments (primarily AWS) using Terraform, Kubernetes, and related tooling.
- Design and implement automated pipelines that support rapid, reliable deployments of data services and analytics workloads.
- Collaborate with data engineering, product, and security teams to ensure compliance, observability, and performance across the stack.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, tooling upgrades, and process optimizations to reduce deployment risk and accelerate time‑to‑market.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on DevOps, infrastructure, and release engineering.
- Proven leadership in building and scaling high‑performance engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins).
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and observability best practices in cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
