Lead multiple engineering pods to build a next‑generation AI platform for insurance applications, focusing on AI agent design, LLM integration, and knowledge‑base management using Python, cloud services, and container orchestration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the architecture, development, and delivery of an AI platform that enables creation of AI agents, LLM connectivity, and knowledge‑base management.
- Lead and mentor several engineering pods, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Partner with product, data science, and operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure reliability, security, and operational excellence of the platform through robust CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and incident response.
- Define and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python and building/serving Machine Learning models, especially Large Language Models.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Proven track record delivering complex, high‑availability services in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication and people‑management skills, with a focus on team wellbeing and career development.
