About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the digital product roadmap for the Global Merchant & Network Services portfolio, aligning with business goals and market demands.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—engineering, security, compliance, and operations—to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions that enhance network performance and merchant experience.
- Analyze usage data, market trends, and stakeholder feedback to prioritize features, optimize user flows, and measure success metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement of product processes, adopting agile practices and ensuring rapid, reliable releases.
- Represent the product vision to senior leadership, partners, and external stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear business value.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in fintech or payment networks, with a proven track record of launching complex digital products.
- Deep understanding of payment network operations, merchant acquisition, and issuer relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and metrics-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing at all levels.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams in an agile environment.
