Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute digital post‑purchase strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across e‑commerce and physical store channels.
- Collaborate with supply chain, IT, and marketing teams to integrate real‑time inventory, order tracking, and fulfillment automation.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and cost.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery of digital solutions and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital commerce, supply chain, or fulfillment operations, with a proven track record of leading large‑scale initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
- Experience managing cross‑functional teams and driving change in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
