About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of AI‑enabled digital engineering initiatives for sustainability and infrastructure clients.
- Drive the adoption of model‑based practices and data‑connectivity strategies across product development lifecycles.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate business priorities into scalable technology solutions.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Advise clients on emerging trends, best practices, and the strategic impact of AI in engineering.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital engineering, product development, or related fields with a focus on AI and sustainability.
- Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex, data‑driven solutions.
- Strong understanding of model‑based design, data connectivity, and AI‑assisted engineering tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the infrastructure or sustainability sector is highly desirable.
