Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional data science team, setting technical direction and ensuring delivery of high‑quality AI solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy large‑scale machine learning models and agentic AI applications that address complex business problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into data‑driven strategies and actionable insights.
- Oversee end‑to‑end model lifecycle, from data acquisition and feature engineering to model validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Champion best practices in data governance, reproducibility, and ethical AI across projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and large‑scale AI frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior executives.
