Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cross‑functional team of data scientists and analysts to design, implement, and analyze large‑scale A/B experiments that influence product and pricing decisions.
- Develop and maintain robust statistical models and machine‑learning pipelines to predict customer response and personalize credit card offers.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to translate experiment results into actionable business insights and roadmap priorities.
- Ensure rigorous experimental design, hypothesis testing, and bias mitigation across all initiatives.
- Mentor junior scientists, fostering a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, experimentation, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Strong communication skills, able to present complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience scaling experimentation platforms in a large enterprise environment.
