About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of end‑to‑end AI/ML and GenAI solutions on Azure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business challenges into data‑driven models and actionable insights.
- Mentor and grow a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and best practices.
- Oversee model lifecycle management, including versioning, monitoring, and performance tuning using Azure ML and related tools.
- Drive the adoption of Generative AI techniques (e.g., GPT, diffusion models) to enhance product features and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, with 5+ in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python, Azure Machine Learning, and SQL; strong background in machine learning algorithms and model deployment.
- Hands‑on experience with Generative AI frameworks and large‑scale model training.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
