Senior Manager, Data Science - J&J Family of Companies

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data science strategy aligned with product and clinical objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine‑learning models and advanced analytics pipelines using Python and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions.
• Ensure rigorous model validation, monitoring, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering production‑grade machine‑learning models.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud services such as AWS.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with data‑visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights to non‑technical audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership and people‑management skills, with the ability to influence and drive results in a fast‑paced, interdisciplinary environment.
