Lead a high‑performing data science team to design, build, and deploy production‑grade NLP and generative AI solutions that turn legal and business documents into actionable intelligence.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for generative AI and content‑centric data science initiatives, aligning technical delivery with business outcomes.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts in developing, training, and scaling large language model pipelines.
- Architect end‑to‑end production systems on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) that ingest, process, and serve NLP insights for legal and enterprise use cases.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain experts to translate complex legal/business information into actionable AI‑driven features.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement to ensure reliability and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying NLP/LLM solutions in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- Deep understanding of cloud services (AWS) for data pipelines, model training, and serving at scale.
- Proven leadership experience managing data science teams and delivering measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
