About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end data science projects, applying advanced analytics and machine learning to deliver actionable insights for clients.
- Integrate and prepare disparate data sources, ensuring high‑quality datasets for analysis.
- Communicate findings through clear visualizations and executive‑level presentations.
- Set strategic direction for the Insights & Analysis team, defining training and development goals.
- Act as the primary escalation point, resolving complex analytical challenges and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record in client‑facing analytics roles.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong data visualization skills using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and scaling analytics teams.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical insights into business value.
