Senior Manager, Data Products - Extendicare

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of a high‑impact data product portfolio, from concept through launch and iteration.
• Define and enforce data governance standards to ensure product trustworthiness and compliance across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders—to translate workforce data into actionable insights.
• Drive AI readiness by integrating machine learning capabilities into data products and monitoring model performance.
• Champion a data‑driven culture, providing guidance on data quality, lineage, and stewardship.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data product management or analytics leadership.
• Deep expertise in data governance frameworks and AI/ML integration.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise‑scale data solutions that enable reporting and agentic workflows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with workforce or HR data domains is highly desirable.
