Senior Manager, Data Center Software Engineering - Oracle

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional engineering team to architect and build scalable software solutions that automate data center workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Drive the end‑to‑end delivery of features, from concept through production, ensuring high reliability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with hardware, operations, and security teams to translate mission‑critical requirements into robust, maintainable code.
• Champion best practices in CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and container orchestration (Kubernetes) to accelerate deployment cycles.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in large‑scale, mission‑critical systems.
• Proficiency in Python and Java, with hands‑on experience building cloud‑native applications.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience managing and scaling distributed systems in a cloud environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading high‑performing teams.
