About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic design and implementation of a cloud‑based data platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Oversee end‑to‑end data engineering workflows, including ingestion, transformation, and cataloging across multiple data sources.
- Drive enterprise‑wide data integration initiatives, aligning data models and governance with business objectives.
- Manage cloud migration projects, selecting appropriate services (AWS, Snowflake) and optimizing cost and performance.
- Collaborate with analytics, BI, and data science teams to deliver high‑quality, actionable insights.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering, and platform leadership.
- Proven track record of large‑scale cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
- Deep expertise in ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data governance frameworks.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
