About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data analytics initiatives for financial services clients, translating business challenges into analytical solutions.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines, models, and dashboards using SQL, Python, Tableau, and AWS services.
- Mentor and coach a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, develop performance metrics, and present insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Drive adoption of best practices in data governance, security, and compliance within the financial sector.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Proven expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
- Strong technical background in SQL, Python, Tableau, and AWS (S3, Redshift, SageMaker).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex analytics into business value.
- Experience in Agile project delivery and client-facing consulting engagements.
