Lead the CRM and Customer Intelligence function, overseeing the Customer Data Platform, marketing automation, and data analytics to drive personalization, retention, and revenue growth through actionable customer insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the end‑to‑end CRM strategy, integrating the Customer Data Platform with marketing automation tools.
- Transform raw customer data into actionable insights that improve retention, lifetime value, and personalized experiences.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and optimize segmentation, scoring models, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Partner with analytics, IT, and sales teams to ensure data quality, governance, and seamless data flow across systems.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, providing data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing CRM, CDP, or marketing automation programs in a B2C environment.
- Strong expertise in data analytics, SQL, and data‑visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven track record of building customer segmentation, scoring, and lifecycle automation that drives measurable revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across marketing, sales, and technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
