About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable automation solutions for control processes, ensuring high availability and compliance.
- Design and maintain robust data pipelines on AWS, leveraging services such as S3, Redshift, and Glue.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to reduce latency and costs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or automation roles within fintech or related sectors.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
