Lead large‑scale consulting engagements, driving end‑to‑end implementation of business solutions while managing stakeholder expectations, project timelines, and delivery quality across diverse industry sectors.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of consulting implementation projects, from scoping and design through deployment and post‑go‑live support.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress and risks.
- Develop and apply best‑practice methodologies, process improvements, and governance frameworks to enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor junior consultants, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting or professional services, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex implementation projects across multiple industries.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience presenting to senior executives.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
