Lead a regional team of Customer Enablement Architects to accelerate AI adoption for enterprise customers, delivering end‑to‑end solutions on Databricks using Python, Spark, and cloud‑based machine‑learning pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor a team of senior Customer Enablement Architects to design, build, and deploy production‑grade AI solutions for the APJ market.
- Partner with enterprise customers to translate business objectives into scalable data and AI architectures on the Databricks platform.
- Drive adoption of core technologies such as Python, Apache Spark, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) through hands‑on workshops, proof‑of‑concepts, and best‑practice guidance.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and professional services teams to align technical roadmaps with market needs and ensure measurable business outcomes.
- Develop and evangelize enablement frameworks, reference architectures, and reusable assets that accelerate time‑to‑value for complex, data‑intensive workloads.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, machine‑learning, or AI solution delivery, with deep expertise in Python and Apache Spark.
- Proven track record leading technical teams and driving large‑scale AI adoption in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data stack components.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and translating technical concepts into business value.
- Experience working with customers in the APJ region and navigating multicultural, multi‑language environments.
