Senior Manager- Business Systems & Transformation P2S& S2P

We are seeking a Senior Manager- Business Systems & Transformation (P2S& S2P) to lead our business systems and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning, as well as experience in project management and leadership.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and improvement through the development and implementation of business systems and transformation initiatives. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business systems and transformation principles, as well as experience in leading large-scale projects and teams. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business systems and transformation initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
• Develop and implement business systems and transformation solutions that meet business needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
• Lead large-scale projects and teams to deliver business systems and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor and report on project progress and performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business systems and transformation, with a strong technical background in Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning.
• Proven experience in project management and leadership, with a track record of delivering large-scale projects and teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of business systems and transformation principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
