About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of business analysts, ensuring high‑quality requirement capture for policy administration and related systems.
- Collaborate with Solution and Enterprise Architects to co‑create end‑to‑end solutions, translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Design and oversee the development of responsive APIs, application integrations, and scalable database architectures.
- Prototype and evaluate new technologies, presenting quick proofs of concept to address business problems.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and delivery practices across the IT delivery pipeline.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis and solution delivery within complex enterprise environments.
- Proven leadership in managing outsourced or distributed teams.
- Strong knowledge of API design, data integration patterns, and scalable database solutions.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and delivering incremental value.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
