Software Engineer
Lead a high‑impact analytics engineering team, designing scalable BI solutions and data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms to empower data‑driven decisions across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise‑grade data pipelines and BI architecture that support cross‑functional analytics initiatives.
- Architect scalable data models and data warehouses on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
- Mentor and grow a team of analytics engineers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust data solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of data quality, governance, and metadata management across the analytics ecosystem.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, BI, or analytics architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern ETL/ELT tools; hands‑on experience with cloud data services (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, dimensional design, and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks is a plus.
