Software Engineer
Lead a high‑performing analytics engineering team, designing and deploying scalable BI architectures on AWS Glue and Amazon Redshift, while implementing robust CI/CD pipelines and enforcing data governance and conformed dimension standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end analytics pipelines using AWS Glue and Amazon Redshift, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Design and maintain CI/CD workflows for data and model deployments, automating testing, validation, and release processes.
- Define and enforce data governance policies, including data quality, lineage, security, and compliance across the organization.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into robust BI solutions.
- Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary team of analytics engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift, and related AWS analytics services.
- Proven track record building CI/CD pipelines for data workflows and machine learning models.
- Strong understanding of conformed dimensions, data modeling, and data governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
