Key Responsibilities
- Guide a team of data analysts to become a strategic, consultative partner for the AdTech business.
- Collaborate with staff analysts and data scientists to elevate technical capabilities, including advanced analytics and machine‑learning models.
- Define and own analytics roadmaps, ensuring delivery of actionable insights that improve campaign performance and revenue.
- Mentor and develop analysts, fostering career growth, best‑practice methodologies, and a culture of data curiosity.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across product, marketing, and engineering to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading analytics or data‑science teams, preferably in AdTech or digital advertising.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data‑visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying machine‑learning models for marketing or advertising use cases.
- Proven ability to communicate complex insights to non‑technical stakeholders and drive data‑informed decisions.
