Software Engineer
Lead a high‑performance analog engineering team, driving design, validation, and production of precision analog solutions for automotive, autonomous, and IoT applications using advanced EDA and simulation tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end analog design flow for high‑reliability automotive and IoT products.
- Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team of analog designers and test engineers.
- Define design standards, review processes, and quality metrics to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (digital, RF, firmware) to integrate mixed‑signal solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, adopting new EDA tools and design methodologies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of analog/mixed‑signal design experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in SPICE, Cadence, Mentor Graphics, or equivalent EDA suites.
- Strong background in PCB layout, signal integrity, and power‑management design.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Experience in automotive or IoT product development is highly desirable.
