About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and enforce enterprise-wide AI and advanced analytics standards, ensuring models are built, validated, and deployed responsibly.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data science and engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
- Collaborate with business and functional leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable AI solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Oversee model governance, risk assessment, and ethical AI practices, including bias detection and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Drive the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI projects—from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, monitoring, and production scaling.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML/DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn) and strong background in statistical modeling.
- Hands‑on experience designing and deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI governance, model risk management, and ethical AI practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
