About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior client leaders to define AI vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Design and oversee implementation of machine‑learning models, data pipelines, and analytics solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Lead cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, and change managers—to deliver end‑to‑end AI projects on time and within scope.
- Develop governance frameworks, risk assessments, and ethical guidelines for AI adoption.
- Facilitate organizational change, training, and upskilling programs to embed AI capabilities across client cultures.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML strategy, data analytics, or digital transformation consulting.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale AI solutions on cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong expertise in Python, data modeling, and machine‑learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence C‑level executives.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
