About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with business objectives across oral care, personal care, and home care portfolios.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to integrate machine learning models into product development, supply chain, and marketing initiatives.
- Partner with data scientists, engineers, and external vendors to design scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor AI performance metrics, ensuring compliance with data privacy and ethical standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML strategy, product management, or related fields within a large consumer goods or technology organization.
- Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end AI projects from ideation to production.
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
